About us

Built on trust, traceability, and two flags.

Braschen Specialty Food Trading was founded to turn distance into opportunity. We move specialty food between Brazil and the Nordics with full ownership of the brand, the packaging, and the relationship.

We don't resell other people's labels. Every product we ship goes out under our own brand, translated and adapted to the destination market — so importers, retailers, and HORECA buyers receive something ready for their shelves.

Own brand, always

Every SKU ships under Braschen — packaged in the destination language.

Two-way trade

Brazilian staples north, Nordic premium south. A real win-win.

Specialty first

Industrialized, frozen, raw, and nutrition lines — curated, not commoditized.
